Order cancellation

- After production has started, custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because they are made to your specifications.
Production errors or defective products
If we make an error in production or your product arrives defective, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. After review, we will either remake the affected items at no additional cost or issue an appropriate refund when a remake cannot reasonably meet your required timing.
Lost shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost after an investigation by the carrier, we will remake and reship the order at no additional product cost. This applies only to losses confirmed by the carrier.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued by Rospins Bindery Limited to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
